Khushbu Sundar Hails ‘Dhurandhar’, Calls Ranveer Singh Outstanding and Says Akshaye Khanna Steals the Show

Actor Khushbu Sundar has shared a glowing review of the Hindi film Dhurandhar, describing the experience as deeply moving and powerful. Taking to social media, she said the film left her emotional and proud, praising both its storytelling and performances.

Khushbu lauded director Aditya Dhar and the entire cast and crew, stating that every frame and dialogue contributed to an impactful cinematic journey. She highlighted how the film’s patriotic undertones and emotional depth resonated strongly, calling it an inspiring watch.

In her review, Khushbu singled out Ranveer Singh for an “outstanding” performance, while describing R. Madhavan as subtle, powerful and brilliant. However, she noted that it was Akshaye Khanna who stood out the most, saying he “takes the cake and walks away in style” with a performance that left a lasting impression.

Dhurandhar has continued to receive widespread acclaim from across the film industry since its release, with several actors and filmmakers praising its scale, performances and narrative strength. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi and Manav Gohil.

Set against major geopolitical and terror-related events in India’s recent history, the film traces covert intelligence operations with a gripping, high-stakes narrative. It has also emerged as a major box office success, becoming the only Hindi film to record double-digit collections for 28 consecutive days.

A sequel, Dhurandhar 2, is scheduled for a multi-language theatrical release later this year.
