CBSE Launches Month-Long Board Exam Support for Classes 10, 12
CBSE has launched a month-long academic support programme for Classes 10 and 12 students to strengthen preparation for the 2027 Board examinations.
The Central Board of Secondary Education has launched a month-long, in-person academic support programme for Classes 10 and 12 students in government schools as preparation for the 2027 Board examinations begins.
The programme started on September 14 across 10 locations in Ladakh and is designed to strengthen subject knowledge, practical understanding and examination readiness. Class 10 students will receive support in Mathematics and Science, while Class 12 sessions will cover Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Economics.
Along with subject preparation, the sessions will focus on assessment strategies, examination techniques and time management. The programme aims to help students address academic difficulties early and approach the Board exams with greater confidence.
Experienced teachers and resource persons from CBSE-affiliated schools across the country have been nominated to conduct the sessions. The board said the initiative is intended to improve understanding of key subjects while helping students develop effective examination strategies.
The month-long programme is being conducted in Leh, Nubra A, Nubra B, Shams, Zanskar, Kargil, Drass, Changthang, Sankoo and Chiktan.
CBSE is also expected to announce the 2027 Class 10 and 12 Board examination date sheet soon. Schools have been asked to prepare student details, subjects, photographs and signatures for upcoming registration and List of Candidates submissions, while carefully checking for errors in personal information and subject codes.
