Rajpal Yadav Launches YouTube Channel After Jail Release

Rajpal Yadav launches his YouTube channel days after interim bail in ₹9 crore cheque bounce case, promising entertainment for all age groups.

Rajpal Yadav Launches YouTube Channel After Jail Release

Actor Rajpal Yadav has announced the launch of his new YouTube channel just days after being released on interim bail in a cheque-bounce case.

The actor had surrendered at Tihar Jail earlier this month following a court order in connection with a long-pending ₹9 crore cheque-bounce matter. He was granted interim bail on February 16.

“A New Beginning”

Taking to Instagram, Rajpal shared a video announcing his new digital venture. In the clip, he said he had been preparing for a “new innings” and sought blessings from his fans as he launched the channel titled Rajpal Naurang Yadav.

He described the platform as a space for entertainment across generations — from children to elders — and encouraged viewers to subscribe and share.

In his first YouTube upload, the actor said he plans to share updates about both his personal and professional life through the channel.

Legal Background

Rajpal Yadav’s legal troubles stem from a ₹9 crore cheque-bounce case linked to a loan he reportedly took in 2010 to finance his directorial debut Ata Pata Laapata. After failing to settle dues connected to the case, he was directed to surrender earlier this month.

Several members of the film industry, including Sonu Sood, publicly extended support after news of his jail term surfaced. Other celebrities were also reported to have offered assistance.

What’s Next for the Actor

On the professional front, Rajpal Yadav is expected to appear next in Bhooth Bangla. Known for his comic roles in films like Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Phir Hera Pheri, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, and Hungama, he has been a familiar face in Hindi cinema for over two decades.

With his YouTube debut, the actor appears to be turning a fresh page — this time on a digital platform, directly connecting with audiences.
