The luxury housing market in South Mumbai continues to attract strong interest from high-end homebuyers. Real estate developer Godrej Properties has reported sales worth over ₹2,000 crore in the first phase of its premium residential project Godrej Trilogy in Worli.

According to the company, the sales milestone was achieved since the project’s launch in November 2025, with nearly 100 homes sold during the initial phase.

Strong demand for luxury homes

The project’s early success reflects the growing demand for spacious luxury residences in prime Mumbai locations. In the first phase, apartments from two towers—Seaturf and Seafront—were offered to buyers.

Industry observers note that Worli remains one of the most sought-after residential areas in Mumbai due to its location and connectivity.

Premium residences with panoramic views

Spread across 2.63 acres, the development offers 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments designed to provide spacious living environments.

Each floor has only three apartments, aiming to maintain exclusivity and privacy for residents.

The project is also designed to offer panoramic views of key Mumbai landmarks, including the Arabian Sea, the city skyline, and the Mahalaxmi Racecourse.

Lifestyle amenities for residents

The development includes a range of amenities aimed at providing a luxury lifestyle for residents.

According to project details, the complex will feature a five-level clubhouse, which includes facilities such as a spa, racquet club, and fitness centres.

Other amenities include a rooftop infinity pool, a sky lounge, and a bowling alley, providing recreation and social spaces for residents.

Godrej Trilogy has also been designed with sustainability considerations. The project has received IGBC Platinum pre-certification, which indicates compliance with certain environmental design standards.

Godrej Properties has previously been recognised by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) for governance and sustainability practices.

The project is located on Dr Annie Besant Road in Worli, offering connectivity to several major infrastructure projects, including the Mumbai Coastal Road, Bandra-Worli Sea Link, and Metro Line 3.

According to the developer, the project is scheduled for possession in December 2033.
