Rise & Fall Season 2 has lost two more contestants, with actor Karan Patel and politician Tej Pratap Yadav leaving the reality show. Their exits take the total number of contestants who have departed in the first two weeks to four, with the two latest exits reportedly coming for different reasons.

Karan Patel is said to have left the show on medical grounds. The actor, who reportedly requires regular insulin and medication, was said to have experienced health issues during the demanding schedule of the captive reality show. He underwent medical tests before being deemed unfit to continue.

Patel had previously left another reality show midway because of health concerns, although he later returned as a wild card contestant. His reported medical exit from Rise & Fall 2 also meant that the usual Rs 2 crore penalty for voluntary departures did not apply.

Tej Pratap Yadav, meanwhile, reportedly exited because of political and legal commitments. He had emerged as the season’s first Ultimate Ruler and had developed a noticeable presence among the contestants before leaving the competition.

Yadav was also reportedly allowed to exit without paying the Rs 2 crore voluntary-exit penalty.

Earlier, Siwet Tomar was removed from the show following a physical altercation with Shehzad Poonawalla, while Anish Bhagat was eliminated after receiving fewer votes.

With four contestants already out, Rise & Fall 2 is now preparing to introduce two wild card entries. The revolving door, it seems, is getting more exercise than some contestants.
