Drishyam 3 Box Office: Ajay Devgn Film Gets Strong Opening
Drishyam: The Conclusion has opened to packed theatres, with early trade estimates pointing towards one of Ajay Devgn’s biggest opening days.
Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam: The Conclusion has opened to packed theatres on October 2, with early trade estimates indicating a strong start at the box office. The Abhishek Pathak-directed film has benefited from high advance bookings, the national holiday and audience interest in the return of Vijay Salgaonkar.
According to industry tracker Box Office India, the film was initially expected to collect around Rs 50 crore nett on its opening day. Early estimates, however, suggested that the figure could reach Rs 55-60 crore or potentially go higher.
If those estimates hold, Drishyam: The Conclusion could record one of the biggest Bollywood opening days of 2026. The film is also tracking ahead of Ajay Devgn’s previous career-best opener, Singham Again, which collected Rs 43.70 crore nett on its first day in 2024.
The film has also reportedly received positive audience reactions, adding momentum to its theatrical run. Trade estimates have suggested that the movie could eventually cross Rs 300 crore nett in India, although its final performance will depend on collections over the coming days.
Drishyam: The Conclusion marks the final chapter of the Hindi franchise and brings Vijay Salgaonkar’s story to its conclusion. The cast includes Shriya Saran, Tabu, Jaideep Ahlawat, Ishita Dutta, Kamlesh Sawant and Mrunal Jadhav.
