Kashmera Shah Defends Ssunita Ahuja, Questions Rani Swarnkar’s Claims About Govinda
Kashmera Shah has backed Ssunita Ahuja amid a social media dispute involving Rani Swarnkar, questioning claims about the personal relationship between Govinda and his former co-star.
Kashmera Shah has publicly backed Ssunita Ahuja amid a growing social media controversy involving Rani Swarnkar and actor Govinda. Kashmera questioned claims about the personal lives of actors and said she would stand by her family.
In an Instagram post, Kashmera said women who protect their families are often labelled negatively and expressed solidarity with Ssunita. She also questioned how a professional colleague could have such detailed knowledge of another actor’s private life.
Kashmera referred to her own three-decade career and said that despite working with numerous co-stars, she had never shared intimate personal details with them. According to her, personal matters were discussed with the person she married, Krushna Abhishek.
Her comments came after Rani Swarnkar shared a social media note containing serious allegations about a woman allegedly attempting to mentally harass her husband. Although Rani did not directly name Ssunita in the post, the comments were widely linked online to the ongoing speculation surrounding Govinda and Ssunita.
The controversy follows public appearances involving Govinda and his former co-star Komal Rani, while Ssunita has also spoken publicly about difficulties in her marriage.
Govinda and Ssunita married in 1987 and have two children, Tina Ahuja and Yashvardhan Ahuja. As the social media exchange continues, Bollywood has once again turned personal relationship rumours into a full-blown internet courtroom—minus the judge and, thankfully, the legal verdict.
